Pouch artwork that lands flat
A pouch’s printable face is smaller than the pouch, because gussets and seals take their cut, so our prepress team maps the real usable area before drawing the die. Art needs the Contains line inside a safe zone, bleed all around, and vector files (PDF, AI, or EPS) in CMYK, 300 dpi.

Snack runs respect the pouch: prepress maps the usable face (gussets and seals subtracted), draws the die to it, and proofs the loud palette via GMG before the certified G7® pass on conformable film. Lamination rated for oil and handling plus substrate-matched adhesive follow, with rolls wound for pouch lines or singles for hand application. Dual-column panels get their own legibility check.
