Creating 3D render
Coated SBS carton board printed full color, finished with a matte laminate and crisp die-cut creases. The workhorse format for tea, supplement, cosmetic and specialty food brands.
Why brands come to us for retail packaging.
Brands usually find us after a packaging problem: a carton that came back orange when the label was red, a supplier who went quiet at 2,000 units, a dieline nobody on staff could open. White Graphics started in prepress in 1971, and it shows. Structural design, prototyping, printing and finishing all happen to G7 gray-balance targets under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Our custom retail packaging range is honest at both ends. Digital presses make a few-hundred-piece pilot affordable, and your files and color targets carry over as volume grows. Cartons, corrugated, sleeves, labels, pouches and flow wrap share one dieline library, one color target, and one production manager who has seen your artwork on every substrate it touches.
Custom product packaging: six formats we print and finish.
Every format below runs through the same prepress, color and finishing pipeline. Pick the construction that fits the product; the color follows.
Custom Folding Cartons
Custom folding cartons put food, beverage, supplement and cosmetic products in crisp SBS board boxes, printed digitally in runs from the low hundreds to full production. We draw the dieline, cut a prototype, print full color, then finish with UV coating or film laminate before die-cutting. Choose a carton when the product needs its own structure on the shelf and a printable surface on every panel.
Explore folding cartons →Custom Corrugated Boxes
Custom corrugated boxes handle the weight carton board can't, with corrugated box printing sharp enough for retail-ready mailers, trays and counter displays. We print short-run corrugated digitally and die-cut them, and the structure gets prototyped before anything runs at volume. Corrugated earns its keep when the box protects the product in transit, then presents it at retail or on a subscriber's doorstep.
Explore corrugated boxes →Pressure-Sensitive Labels
Pressure-sensitive labels are the fastest route into custom product packaging: printed on paper or film label stocks, finished with UV coating or film laminate, and rewound in any quantity to your applicator's spec. A label turns a stock jar, bottle or tin into branded retail packaging with zero structural tooling. Start here if you're testing a product, and browse every custom label type we print for sizing, material and compliance guidance.
Browse all label types →Shrink Sleeve Labels
Shrink sleeve labels wrap artwork around all 360 degrees of a container, following curves a flat label can't reach. We print shrink sleeve films with distortion-compensated art so type stays readable after the sleeve conforms, and the format adds tamper evidence at the cap or lid. Shrink sleeves suit beverages, contoured bottles, and products judged from the side of a cooler door.
Explore shrink sleeves →Custom Stand-Up Pouches
Custom stand-up pouches give snack, coffee, pet and pantry brands a package that ships light, stands upright and prints edge to edge. We print flexible pouch films in full color so brand colors hold on film the way they do on board, finished to your co-packer's fill-line requirements. Reach for a pouch when shelf footprint, shipping weight or resealable convenience drives the decision.
Explore stand-up pouches →Flow Wrap Packaging
Flow wrap packaging seals bars, baked goods and single-serve products in printed film, the workhorse format for high-count retail multipacks. We print flexible flow wrap films with tight registration so the front panel lands centered on each unit, then rewind to your wrapper's specification. Flow wrap makes sense when you sell by the dozen and each unit still needs its own branded surface.

Pressure-sensitive labels get a library of their own: food, wine, beer, supplement and dozens more, each page with sizing, materials and compliance notes.
Packaging color you can prove on board, film and label stock.
A brand red changes on every surface it touches. Coated SBS board holds ink at the surface, shrink film stretches the art as it conforms, and pressure-sensitive stocks range from bright white to warm naturals that tint whatever prints over them. G7 Master calibration is how we hold the line: our proofing systems and presses share one calibrated gray-balance target, so the contract proof you approve predicts the press sheet on the actual substrate, within measured tolerances.
Splitting formats across vendors is where a brand's color falls apart: the carton printer matches one target, the label house another, and the sleeve arrives a shade warm. Running cartons, sleeves and labels through one G7-calibrated workflow keeps your red the same red across the whole shelf set.

Five steps from first prototype to shipped retail packaging.
Prototype
Structural design starts with a dieline and a cut physical prototype. Our prototype packaging guide walks through it, and mockup vs. prototype explains which one your project calls for.
Proof
You approve a G7 contract proof matched to the production substrate, so the color on your desk predicts the color on press.
The Xeikon CX300 prints the run in four-color plus white toner for short-run packaging pilots and versioned batches.
Finish
UV coating, film laminate, die-cutting, sheeting and rewind are matched to your applicator or co-packer's spec.
Ship
Orders leave flat-packed, rewound or fully kitted through our fulfillment services, including pack and repack work in our FDA-registered facility.
Retail packaging questions, answered.
What counts as custom retail packaging?
Custom retail packaging is any printed format that presents a product for sale: folding cartons, corrugated retail boxes, pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, stand-up pouches and flow wrap. The line between retail and shipping packaging is the job it does. Retail packaging carries brand color, regulatory copy and shelf presence, so print quality and color accuracy matter as much as protection.
What are the minimum quantities for custom product packaging?
Runs in the low hundreds work for most formats, because digital printing carries no plate costs to spread across volume. Labels rewind in any quantity. Cartons and corrugated make sense from a few hundred pieces. Our short-run packaging guide covers where a short run stops making economic sense.
How should I set up my dieline and artwork files?
Build artwork in vector format with the dieline on its own layer, fonts converted to outlines, and bleed extended past every cut edge; the full spec lives in our artwork guidelines. Send what you have, though. Our prepress team checks each file against its dieline before anything prints, and we draw dielines when the original supplier can't provide one.
Can you print packaging and labels for food products?
Yes, and the facility itself is FDA-registered for food label and relabel, pack and repack work. We print for food brands across cartons, labels, pouches and flow wrap. Material choice matters for anything near food, so we confirm substrate suitability for your product and fill process during quoting, and final regulatory sign-off stays with your compliance team.
How do you keep brand color consistent across different packaging materials?
G7 Master calibration aligns our proofing and press systems to a common set of gray-balance targets, so one artwork file produces a visual match on carton board, shrink film and label stock. You approve a contract proof per substrate, and the press run gets measured against it. Because the formats print in one building on one calibration, your carton, sleeve and label match each other on the shelf.
Can I see a packaging prototype before committing to a full run?
A physical prototype comes first on most structural projects. Our team designs dielines and cuts prototypes, and can add CGI renders and sales samples when you need something to put in front of buyers before production. Approving a prototype you have held, filled and shipped catches fit problems a flat PDF won't surface.
How does custom packaging for small business budgets work?
Start with the format that needs minimal tooling: a pressure-sensitive label on a stock jar or bottle puts a small brand on shelves at the lowest entry cost. Custom packaging for small business scales from there, label to short-run carton to production pouch, on the same presses larger brands use, so your files and color targets carry over as volume grows.
One of six disciplines, one team behind them all.
