Applications
A juice brand gets picked through a fogged cooler door, by a shopper reaching past a row of sweating bottles. Our custom juice and beverage labels are made for that moment: they survive the cooler case and carry the copy juice is legally required to show, from percent-juice declarations to the pasteurization warning untreated juice must wear. We print for cold-pressed brands, bottlers, and functional-drink startups, and our juice label printing assumes the bottle lives wet from filling line to checkout. Every run is G7® Master Certified in Naperville, Illinois.
Juice label sizes for bottles, cans, and shots
Shot bottle to half-gallon jug, the die is drawn from your container’s real panel. Our range covers full wraps for 2 oz shot bottles and 12–16 oz PET rounds, panels for glass bottles, can wraps, and large-format labels for half-gallon jugs.
Shapes
Full wraps with clean seams, front-and-back sets, and custom die-cuts matched to bottle shoulders and panel curves.
Materials
Durable white films with cold-temperature, moisture-tolerant adhesives. The cooler case is the whole ballgame.
Finishes
Gloss and matte laminates that keep color vivid behind condensation and handling.
Formats
Rolls wound for bottling-line applicators; singles while you’re hand-labeling.
Tell us cold-fill or ambient, fridge or shelf. The distribution path picks the adhesive.
Wet from the filler to the checkout lane
A juice bottle is filled cold, sweats in the cooler, rides an ice bucket at every event, and gets grabbed by wet hands the whole way. Paper fails that life in a day. Our juice builds start with film, add adhesives rated for cold and damp application surfaces, and finish with laminates that hold color and adhesion through weeks of refrigerated retail, so the brand still pops from the back of the cold case.
A cooler shelf that reads as one brand
Juice lines sell as a color story: greens, citruses, and berry reds side by side. Printed under G7® Master Certified control, each flavor’s color and the shared brand block stay identical across every SKU, size, and reorder, which keeps the set vivid and coherent at a glance.
The copy juice is required to carry
Juice has labeling rules beyond standard food requirements, and reviewers check them. Each required element gets placed to spec:
- Percent juice declaration: beverages that contain or claim juice declare the total percentage, positioned near the top of the information panel.
- The untreated-juice warning: juice not processed to control pathogens must carry the FDA’s pasteurization warning statement, set exactly as prescribed.
- Keep-refrigerated statements: cold-chain products say so, plainly and legibly.
- Identity and net contents: what it is and how much, in fluid measure, on the front panel.
- Ingredient list and Nutrition Facts: descending order and the current panel format, with added-sugars handling that juice brands watch closely.
The FDA’s consumer-side explainer on treatment and warning statements is its juice-safety page; your process authority owns HACCP and treatment decisions, and we make sure the label says what your process requires it to say.
Every drink in the cold case
We print pressure-sensitive juice and beverage labels for cold-pressed juices, smoothies, lemonades, functional shots, teas and coffees, sports drinks, and mixers. Beverage artwork for wet, curved plastic
PET rounds flex in the hand and sweat in the cooler, so the die gets paired with conformable film that moves with the bottle instead of fighting it. Art files want bleed, required statements inside the safe zone and clear of the wrap seam, and vector construction (PDF, AI, or EPS) in CMYK at 300 dpi. Prepress builds with you if the file isn’t finished.
Cold-chain production from proof to pallet
Juice runs are built backwards from the cooler: film and cold-rated adhesive chosen first, dies drawn to your PET or glass, a GMG proof locking the flavor palette, then a G7®-controlled press pass, lamination, and winding to the bottling line’s core and unwind spec. Full wraps for 12–16 oz rounds and 2 oz shots are everyday work here, and every one gets measured.
Juice & beverage label FAQs
Do I have to declare the percentage of juice?
Beverages that contain or claim juice declare total percent juice on the information panel. We position and size the declaration to spec.
Does unpasteurized juice need a warning label?
Packaged juice that hasn’t been processed to control pathogens must carry the FDA’s prescribed warning statement. Your process authority determines your product’s status; when the warning applies, we set it exactly as written.
Will the label survive the cooler case?
It will. Film substrates, cold-rated adhesives, and moisture-tolerant laminates are the default juice build, proven against condensation and refrigerated distribution.
Can you label bottles right off a cold filler?
We can. We spec adhesives that bond to cold, damp bottles and wind rolls to your applicator so labels land straight on the line.
Can ten flavors run in different quantities?
They can. Shared dies and digital printing let every flavor and size run in its own count with identical brand color.
Do you print shot-bottle labels?
We do. Full wraps for 2 oz shots are sized so the required copy stays legible at small scale.
What file format works for juice label artwork?
Vector art (PDF, AI, or EPS), CMYK at 300 dpi, with bleed and a die from your bottle. Prepress pairs it with the right conformable film for PET.
