Sanitizer label sizes from pocket bottles to gallon pumps
From pocket bottle to refill jug, each sanitizer die is drawn to its container. We print wraps for 1–2 oz pocket and carabiner bottles, panels for 8 oz pump bottles, and large-format labels for 64 oz and gallon refill jugs, each with enough panel area for the Drug Facts box at a legal size.

Hand sanitizer is a label’s worst enemy: high-proof alcohol that ends up on the bottle with every pump, wicking at the label edges and attacking unprotected ink. Unlaminated labels on sanitizer bottles smear into ghosts within weeks. We print on film and seal it under laminates rated for alcohol contact, so the brand and the Drug Facts panel behind it survive the entire bottle.

Unlike soap or lotion, hand sanitizer is regulated as an over-the-counter drug, and its label carries the standardized Drug Facts panel. We set each element in the required format:
- Active ingredient and purpose: the alcohol (or other active) with its concentration and its stated purpose, leading the panel.
- Uses: the accepted antiseptic-use language for the category.
- Warnings: flammability, external-use-only, eye-contact, and keep-out-of-reach statements, plus stop-use guidance.
- Directions and other information: application directions and storage notes in the panel’s standard order.
- Inactive ingredients: the full list, in the panel’s required position.
